Connecting to RyAnd Remote Repair

• The first step is to download the remote repair tool by clicking this link. When your download is complete, finish reading these instructions then minimize this window (by clicking the “_” button in the upper-right).
• Look on your desktop for an icon named “remoterepair1.exe” or just “remoterepair1″. Once you have found it, double-click it.
• A window will open. Double-click “Remote Repair Primary Dispatcher” in the selection box to connect. This will only work if you are currently speaking with me on the phone and if I recommended remote repair!
