With the advances in broadband Internet service and network software, RA Computer now offers a remote repair service. This service works on all versions of Windows (unlike Remote Desktop Connection). Please continue with the instructions on this page only when instructed by a RA representative over the phone.
The first step is to download the software by clicking that link. When your download is complete, finish reading these instructions then minimize this window (by clicking the "_" button in the upper-right).
Look on your desktop for an icon named "remoterepair1.exe" or just "remoterepair1". Once you have found it, double-click it.
A window will open. Double-click "Remote Repair Primary Dispatcher" in the selection box to connect. To ensure a successful connection, make sure your RA specialist authorized remote repair to resolve your computer problems.
